Additional Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the images.

Furthermore included in this recent photograph release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional images made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
